Operational Planning Workshop Zambia
APPLICATIO has been contracted by The Chamber of Crafts Franfurt Rhein-Main (HWK) on behalf of sequa gGmbH and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) to plan and facilitate a planning workshop (operational planning) for a vocational training partnership programme in Zambia. Jointly with sequa experts and experts from the Chamber of Crafts APPLICATIO facilitates bilateral partner meetings as well as a planning workshop with all stakeholders in the Sambia to jointly develop the operational plan for the project in Zambia. SEQUA-Project Planning Africa
APPLICATIO has been commissioned by sequa gGmbH (on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development) with the assessment and planning of two projects in Africa. Together with experts from sequa and the respective project partners, a vocational training partnership project in Namibia and a chamber and association partnership project in East Africa (regional) will be examined and planned. e-Learning UNAM Namibia
APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ to support the University of Namibia (UNAM) or more precisely the "Centre for eLearning and Interactive Multimedia (CeLIM)" in its further development towards a leading department for technology enhanced learning. The Centre thus far offers e-learning courses, audio-visual classrooms, video-conferences as well as a multimedia studio and is now on its way to develop an implementation strategy for the coming three to five years.
Project Management Training China
APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ in China to plan and implement a workshop on Project Management (focus on tendering and development of offers) for the "The Greater Tumen Initiative (GTI)" in Beijing. The participants of the GTI Secretariat originate from China, Mongolia, Russia and Korea and will be enabled to make best use of tools and skill for the development of terms of reference and develop offers and applications for project.
Project Monitoring Systems
APPLICATIO has been contracted by two GIZ Programmes (in the frame of E-Learning and Sustainable Development Goals), to assist in the development and setup of impact-oriented monitoring systems. APPLICATIO supports the programme by moderating planning meetings, drafting systems and tools and setting up the system based on GIZ-instruments.
E-Learning Coastal Biodiversity Management - India
APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) to develop an e-learning course on "Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services for Coastal and Marine Protected Areas". In the frame of the project existing training material will serve as basis for the development of a new online course for the media.
Alumni-Landscape Analysis - Namibia
APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) with the development of an assessment of the alumni landscape in Namibia. The analysis aims at assessing the capacity of German development cooperation alumni to act effectively in Namibia and gauge their interest in cooperating with German development cooperation/international cooperation organisations, and in a subsequent step to derive options for action.
Assistance to the European Integration Office - Serbien
APPLICATIO assist the programme "Support for Serbia in its EU accession negotiations" of GIZ also in 2015 and 2106 APPLICATIO. The new contract include the development of an internship system - meant to organise internships for civil servants for EU related topics - and the development of a cooperation platform for Ministries to effectively support EU negotiations.
Training: Needs-Assessment and M&E
APPLICATIO has been contracted by DIHK Service GmbH with planning and implementing a training programme for Chambers form all CEFTA countries in the frame of the DIHK partnership programme with Chambers form CEFTA countries. During the training programme representatives form CEFTA Chambers will be introduced to needs-assessment and monitoring and evaluation methods and tools.
Value Chain Analysis Wool Mongolia
APPLICATIO has been contracted by SEQUA to develop a value-chain analysis for the wool-sector in Mongolia. The study aims at analysing the status quo in the wool-based value chains especially in the Arkhangai-Province (Aimag) and will serve as baseline for the partnership project between DIHK and the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI).
