CapacityWORKS and Projekt Planning Serbia
APPLICATIO was commissioned by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the project "Social Services for Vulnerable Groups" to support the project until the end of February 2021 by providing training on "CapacityWORKS" and in the field of project planning (operational planning) as well as monitoring and evaluation (M&E).

M&E Tools Migration Management
APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) to support the programme "Better Migration Management at the Horn of Africa" (funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the EU) in the development and use of templates, tools and instruments for monitoring and evaluation of training courses. The instruments are intended to harmonise the current M&E instruments in the eight target countries and help to ensure quality standards for capacity development.

Virtual Network Management
APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) to support the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) by strengthening capacities for virtual netwoking and online collaboration and to develop a concept for online collaboration of the networks (for different formats like conferences, virtual workshops, and online meetings).
COVID-fit SDSN Toolbox
APPLICATIO has been commissioned by GIZ to further develop the Toolbox for Network Managers of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), which APPLICATIO had already created together with the network, and to include numerous additional tools in order to adapt the toolbox even more to the new requirements of network management due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
